Medical Weight Loss

Our weight loss program consists of diet, exercise and medication support. You will see one of our nurse practitioners prior to starting medication and then every 4-6 weeks until you feel comfortable with your progress and medication, usually 12-16 weeks. Follow up after the first 12 weeks is patient specific and usually every 4-6 months. Follow up appointments can be done via zoom or phone call.

We used compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide. These are GLP1 medications that work by helping to regulate your appetite and decrease food chatter and cravings. They also help you feel full quicker and to stay full longer. This allows you to take in less calories consistently, which is the foundation for all weight loss. These medications are safe for long term use.

Your BMI must at least be 26. Pregnancy or breastfeeding are contraindications to participation.

You need to have had blood work drawn by your doctor in the last year and bring them to your appointment, printed out for us. If you have not had any labs we will order them at your appointment. We will order your medication once labs are available for us to review.

Semaglutide: Cost is $625 for the first 12-16 weeks and cost of medication is included.

Tirzepatide: Cost is $900 for the first 11-12 weeks and the cost of the medication is included.

If you decide to stay on the medication long term we just charge you for the medication and per vial.

We accept HSA cards and do have financing available through our app.
