What are neurotoxins?
This is a prescription medicine that is injected into muscles and used in adults for a short period of time (temporary) to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows (glabellar lines) as well as the forehead and crows feet.
How do they work?
When injected, neurotoxins temporarily prevent your nerves from telling your facial muscles to flex. This will temporarily improve the appearance of moderate to severe frown lines.
The quick procedure results in small areas of swelling lasting 20-30 minutes. The discomfort associated with this procedure is minimal. It is important that our staff be aware of other medical problems especially neurological or muscle diseases. We do not recommend you use this product if you are breast feeding or planning to become pregnant.
